Who it’s for

Event photo sharing for corporate events, conferences and college fests

Upload the event and put one QR code on a poster, the badge desk or the tables. Attendees scan it, take a selfie and find the photos they’re in, without an app or an account. You share once, and nobody scrolls through thousands of photos looking for themselves.

Made for crowds

A conference, an offsite or a fest can mean hundreds of people across several days and sessions. Put each day or session in its own folder of one event, and one selfie search covers them all. On plans that include album chapters, each top-level folder becomes a chapter.

Before, during and after

  • Before: print the QR code on an A4 poster for the entrance, or A5 cards for the tables.
  • During: upload as you go. Attendees can search the photos already ready while more are added.
  • After: send the link on WhatsApp, or put it in the organiser’s follow-up message.

Who sees what

On plans that include face search, use the Find my photos link when each attendee should see only themselves, which suits events where not everyone wants to be in a public album. Use Whole album, with browsing on, for a team event everyone shares. Either can have a PIN.

Names, when you need them

On plans that include guest registration, attendees give a name and phone number before searching, and the Guests tab lists them.

Whose name is on it

The gallery carries your studio’s name, and on plans that include the watermark, your logo on every photo. It isn’t branded for your client.

Questions

  • Do guests need an app or an account?

No. The gallery opens in the phone’s browser, and guests don’t install anything or sign up. On plans that include guest registration, a photographer can ask for a name and phone number before guests search.

  • Can I keep a gallery private?

Yes. Add a PIN so only the guests you give it to can open the gallery, share the Find my photos link so each guest sees only their own photos, or turn face search off for the event.

  • What happens to a guest’s selfie?

It’s used for one search and deleted as soon as that search has run. No face data from the selfie is stored. Every guest is asked before the camera opens, and anyone who says no is never searched.
